Shally, operated by Sumvaik Management Consulting Private Limited, uses the vetted third-party sub-processors below to deliver the service. Each processes personal data only on our instructions, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. This page is the canonical sub-processor list referenced by our Privacy Policy, GDPR page and Data Processing Addendum.
1. Core Sub-Processors
These are used to run the platform for every customer.

2. Integration-Dependent Sub-Processors
These are engaged only when your workspace enables the relevant integration. If you never switch the integration on, no data flows to them.

3. Changes to This List
When we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page (and its last-updated date) before the new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data, giving customers the opportunity to raise objections as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
